Historical reports (KIVA 2008 to 2016, Cognos reports 2016 to present) are on the Building Safety Resource Page. Copies of plans and documents are public records requests.

Older permits are often missing from online records, and a permit filed under a contractor's name will not surface in an address search that expects the owner. City of Albuquerque Planning Department, Building Safety Division can check the paper file.
