Schedule an inspection in Osceola County

Permitted work is not finished until it passes inspection. Inspections are scheduled online through the Permit Center (permits.osceola.org), by text, or by phone at 407-742-0200. Per the Building Office FAQ, a request made before 3:00 p.m. is scheduled for the next business day; a request made after 3:00 p.m. is pushed out an extra day. As of April 2025 the county also offers Saturday building inspections between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m., which must be requested by 3:00 p.m. the Thursday before..
