The county's Accela-based Permit Center offers a General Search for building records by Record Number, Record Type (Building Permit, Electrical Permit, Plumbing Permit, Mechanical Permit, Roofing Permit, Demolition Permit, Slab Only Permit, and others), a date range, applicant first/last name, site address (street number, street name, street type, unit, city, zip), or parcel number. The search form loads and is usable without logging in; a 'Login' link and 'Register for an Account' link sit alongside it for applicants who want to apply for permits, pay fees, or schedule inspections.
The search accepts address, permit number, parcel number, record type, owner/contact name, or date range.
