A pool is billed as residential construction, Building Permit $0.461 per square foot with a $146.41 minimum plus Plan Review $0.146 per square foot, and it also needs a separate Electrical trade permit at $0.075 per square foot residential with a $146.41 minimum permit fee. Asterisked fees carry a 4.5% surcharge.
