This is the 'Current Permit Search,' which covers permits submitted after January 9, 2023. Permits completed before that date are on a separate 'Archived Permit Search' at https://public.claycountygov.com/permitsearch/. Per the Building Division FAQ, records can be searched by address, permit number, contractor, or parcel information, and 'You do not have to be logged into the system to search.'.
