What a roof replacement permit costs in New York

Residential building permit fee schedule: additions, alterations and repairs to residential structures are charged at $5 per $1,000 of construction cost with a $50.00 minimum, on top of the $25.00 application fee, plus a plan review fee of 20% of the permit fee with a $25.00 minimum if plans are required.
