The WATSWebX portal supports search by project address, project name, permit number, clearance sheet number, parcel number, contractor name, license number, and legal description, with a permit-type filter (Building, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Mobile Home, Fire, Irrigation). The search page itself also displays a Portal Login section (User ID/password) alongside the search fields; the county's own pages do not state whether general permit search requires login or only account-based functions (applying, paying, scheduling) do, so loginRequired is recorded as unknown.
The search accepts address, permit number, parcel number, or contractor name.
