Fee Schedule effective July 1, 2026: building permit fees run off project valuation under "NEW CONSTRUCTION - ADDITION - ALTERATION - REPAIR" (a $2,000.00 valuation is $106.00 for a permit without plans and $173.00 for an "RCO Project with plans"), plus a $49.00 RCO permit processing fee due at application, a 1% state surcharge on RCO permits and the 3% technology, 5% planning, 1% training and 1% financial recovery surcharges. Working without a required permit adds an investigation fee equal to the permit fee, maximum $1,695.00.
